Pros

I had 3 managers at my time. Two out of the three I was extremely happy with. My Last manager was AWESOME! He runs the Cloud Enablement & Innovations and is great to work for. If you get a chance to work with him do it. I adore the guys who run staffing. They are kind, have great advice, and just bring a great energy into the office. Paid is super high for an entry level job. If money is a driver this place might be a good fit.

Cons

It took HR over 8 months to answers my harassment complaint. I asked for a harassment training as a response to a company leader making comments about the attractiveness of myself and other women in the office in addition to making rude comments about women at an event. It took a very long time for one to happy and the person I filed the complaint about was nearly 40 minutes late to the training. While my last manager was great he was only my manager for about a month. When I was hired I was told I would be 50% sales and 50% marketing. I took the job because I had a strong interest in marketing and a commission check sounded great. No one cleared that by the CEO. After I moved from NYC to Princeton, NJ for the job I was told the CEO did not want me doing marketing but only sales. I was then told I would be doing Telemarketing. Cool, learn a new skill but here is the thing no one taught me how to do or even what our products were. I spend a year working in cloud computing and can still barely explain it. I had to independently train myself with no support. I was then given a list of people to cold call. 100s a day with little time to research. My only advice was to make a joke. I never made a sale; in reality only one in eight cold calls are answered and rarely to do those lead to a sale. When I went to seek out mentorship to grow my sales skills I was told off and made to solely focus on the phones. From 7am to 7 pm I would call and get nothing. Just voicemail after voicemail. The marketing director wanted to mentor me and grow my skills but I was told not to work with her and just cold call. So basically while there are great people there and CEI has awesome leadership; if you are a woman, minority, or fresh out of school I would avoid.

Pros

Let me start by saying that i am very new to Hanu and joined them just few weeks back in March at Princeton office in USA. Was working in India with one among top 5 IT firm of the world. I was contacted by internal HR team from India office on architect position for IAAS role and Yes, it was immediate reaction. I was interviewed couple of times and it took a week and a half before i heard that i am selected :) i would be honest that i probably eaten out the brain of their HR head with my queries as i was on valid work permit but sponsor was someone else and needed to get visa transferred, they did not disappoint me and were pretty much sharp and prompt in responses. Good work HR team and salute to their HR head, who is now friend :) it took almost a month to get approval of work permit as i was processed as premium and everything fell in place thereafter. now the story is after i joined Hanu.. Dont think that since i am part of hanu now , i will give biased opinion but writing what i truely observed. These bullets will help my friends in industry to make an honest opinion if they are considering hanu.. 1- Hanu is really a cloud focused company, everything they are doing is focused around microsoft Azure 2- Employee strength is 230 or so as of now as i see on their hrms 3- Main reason i joined- Its a full spectrum Cloud firm from Development, migration and Management ( IAAS and PAAS) and lot 4- CEO , HR , Sales and Services heads are truly nice beings... You can seriously find friends of you life here, dont get confused by life partner :) 5- Team is hand picked, all know how to run a show so ample knowledge among team to learn new things 6- Management trying really hard to make Hanu a greatest place to work and it is visible in benefits they offer, approach of work, Customer treatment 7- employees are not referred as employees here..... All are ROCKSTARS :) 8-Best Salaries..... Hanu offered me highest among all offers i had and rest of guys talk about happy with salaries here so assuming they are doing decent 9- payrolls on time 10- Heavy Client exposure , i see more than 30 new clients in their EPM and most of them are fortune companies 11- You are heard, i had a instance, i reported to HR and i was impressed by Amit K, he Handles Hanu' HR :) 12- Crazy loaded new office coming up in route 1 princeton, i see Xbox and snooker table already at campus. In India as well they have nice place. 13-you are provided interest free loans to buy Cars etc, i have taken one already :) 14- Most important- You are made feel Important and valuable to company

Cons

Pros

1. If you love tech, this is a great place. No doubt you'll talk tech mostly the Windows Azure (cloud) and MSFT stack. 2. Benefits are VERY GOOD, probably better than other companies. 401k match is also nice. 3. You can have a stable job, pay your bills, feed your family, and not worry (too much) about layoffs. 4. You get what you put in. If you want a good work life balance you can do that and be successful or if you want to put in a lot of extra hours you'll be recognized. 5. On time Payroll 6. Good client exposure, and most of the clients are fortune 500 5. Very good work culture, it is like family. 6. CEO has vision, he is very down to earth and nice person. 7. VP Delivery is very techie and knowledgeable person, I loved working with him. 8. HR Head is fun loving and more of your friend than HR head :) Over all you will love working with this company.

Cons

I can't think of any.
