Friendly coworkers, leaning towards future

Cons

Unrealistic goals, constant shifting of priorities, poor benefits package, decade behind in terms of general technology, understaffed, wages not on par with industry standards, micromanaged by management with limited knowledge/expertise that often simply add new hurdles and slow progress.

Pros

The flexible hours and team oriented environment. Staff members are very friendly and welcoming to new employees. Management is willing to answer questions about any issue that may arise during work.

Cons

Underpaid, understaffed and overworked. I am very disappointed with the high volume of work I have to do on a daily basis just to leave at a decent hour without going into overtime. Management need to think about their employees well-being and hire new staff members to keep up with the workload.
