      Pros

      company has a very good bonus program for Managers

      Cons

      very bad Human Resources department. Mid management, Regionals need to learn how a store actually runs. base pay for management is low.

      Pros

      You never run out of work to do and you get benefits and a paycheck!

      Cons

      1.Serious stress at that time. Instead of just laying off everyone they needed to at once, they would lay off a few people every two weeks around payday. Everyone was on edge wondering if or when their turn would come. 2. One department didn't know what the other was doing causing duplicate work. 3.Company would hire outside help instead of promoting from within.

      Decent job when you really need one.

      Discounted price on tools, small bonuses available by up-selling Extended Service Protection plans.

      Cons

      Employee's that contribute ideas to improve our business operations and customer service are shot down, yet robbed. Such ideas being later implemented, after an innovative employee leaves the company.
