      Pros

      Accumulated sick and vacation time even for part time people. Crew and Assistant Managers are great.

      Cons

      I sure it depends on store but work/life balance is horrible. If you aren't 100% dedicated to Harbor Freight you will be given flack for it. Upper management is a complete joke. Their expectations for a "McJob" are ridiculous. All they care about is selling their junk warranty and membership plans, you will get tired of hearing it.

      Management un-interested in doing the right thing. No ethics at any level. Accuse (motto). "we are privately held" Absolutely no work life balance Organization abuses salaried associates lives Set up to fail is common
