Employees which are most on welfare due to minimum wages the company offer while the owners are billionaires

Cons

Mandatory 1am -9am weekly shifts unloading truck for minimum wage Lifting boxes with tools weighting well over 80 LBS for minimum wage No Insurance No Benefits No future

Decent pay, but should be all salary there, esp bonus and itc bonus is great.

Cons

Terrible terrible place to work, the upper management doesn't have a clue. Isos is pointless, replenishment is pointless, reading a piece of paper that says to but some more on the shelf the darn paper is always wrong! Instead of being so "proud" of opening so many new stores fix the ones that are terrible instead. The stores just look so poorly maintained, I fell low and uncomfortable telling anyone I work at harbor freight! Break rooms are terrible and there chameleon system is trash the registers break down 3 times a weak! glad they got rid of the name collection! That's just half of it, I'd say this is just a place to get your feet wet and then leave it, teerible company
