      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, Management is very forgiving when it comes to learning the ropes. Learning about tools and their uses, customers really rely on you.

      Cons

      When it gets packed, expect to not take breaks and late lunches, high turn around. Pay is stagnant. Everyone but management and couple long time workers are part-time.

      As it stands - Growth in this company is laughable!

      Not entirely sure, but i do basically everything!

      As it stands - I haven't seen much in the way of pros because I am too busy picking up after everyone else that leaves!

      Cons

      Turnover rate is incredibly higher than any job I've worked in my life; ill managed, poor work conditions, and generally a negative place to be!
