Pros
There are no Pro's about working for this company. It is a horrible Corporate Environment and the culture will never change, until the owner is willing to make it change.
Cons
The old saying Sh*t rolls down hill is true. It starts at the top and doesn't stop rolling until the bottom. This company does not care about its employees, it does not care how they feel. All this company cares about is lining the pockets of the upper executives and they don't care who they have to step on or destroy to do it. Good people walk away from this company feeling defeated and worthless. Upper management ego's are out of control and they are allowed to belittle anyone who disagrees with them.
