The first in executive command knows less about IT than any business owner should and the second in command has convinced everyone else he knows business and IT, but daily actions prove he does not. The general method of operation from the top down is to use people as disposable tools and not humans. To use-up these human resources without concern, to disregard human family needs, to trod upon the very resources that put more money in the pockets of the executive management.
