      Pros

      This is a great company to work for, they have medium to high expectations of their employees and are growing; opening new positions for you. If your fresh out of high-school (or still in high-school) and don't plan on collage, this isn't a bad company to start with.

      Cons

      They don't pay all that spectacular and entry level positions mandate no overtime.

      Dynamic Company to work for, great growth opportunity for anyone in the company. Strong Leadership and support from the Corp Office on down to the store level

      Cons

      Challenge to stay up with the explosive growth and ever increasing upgrades on technology, this is not a bad thing with a company that the sky is the limit .

      Pros

      The pay is ok. The atmosphere is casual and you can dress pretty much any way you want. Mainly because the CEO is very casual.

      Cons

      Very Political. The turnover is tremendous, in the last two years it seams that almost every senior vice president has left and been replaced.
