      Pros

      Customers absolutely love us, the loyalty factor is incredible. Management is focused and genuinely concerned with their employees and want to see growth and promotion from within.

      Cons

      The growth is so explosive the infrastructure is struggling to keep up at times. Systems are often slow. Top brass often come across like they have all the answers and we're concerned that our voices aren't always heard.

      Highly competitive work environment- Rapidly changing work environment with chance to impact change- Great people- Strong Leaders- Good Pay- Great Bonus- The future with this company is bright and this has been one of the most rewarding jobs i have ever had. Although pressure can be high the reward is even higher. Talent pool continuing to improve and company structure has shown stability over last 24 months. Compassionate and caring CEO! Great place to work!

      Employment, that's about it. Nothing more.

      Cons

      Very outdated systems to work with. Horrible, horrible leadership from Directors up. The blind leading the blind is the best phrase to describe operations there. Operations department think they know it all and their leadership have attitude issues. Departments don't relate to each other. Sorry for store employees and they way they are treated. Bang, bang, jump on tables theory used by operations leaders to get what they want. Not a properly run coporate office. Those in decision making roles cannot make any good decisions.
