      Dynamic, fast growing company!

      Pros

      The company has doubled in size since I started and is expected to be a $7+ B organization in the next 5 years. Opportunity to help "build" the company. Great bonuses if you perform. Work with very smart people looking to make an impact!

      Cons

      Not always a great work/life balance! Systems are not what they should/need to be for a company of this size. Still fairly high turnover but has improved drastically and the owner and executive team are very focused on continued improvement.

      Pros

      Commissions on selling warranties and....that's it.

      Cons

      Budget cuts on hours, close to minimum wage pay, numerous duties with little to no back up, pressure on following exact models and speeches to push for mailers, no appreciation for employees, takes advantage of good workers, less employees and more expectations on customer service, employee discount is almost the same as a customer's discount (if you are buying one thing-same benefit), majority of customers are mostly rude, lack courteous manners, and a brain.

      You know what you're getting. Large corporation w/ good benefits and nice people.

      Cons

      Difficult commute if you're not from direct area. Difficult to deal with "long timers". Set in ways and resistant to change.
