      Pros

      the company offers a decent, fair salary for the position, with the bonus included. the benefits are good for a company this size, and the staff were hard working and loyal

      Cons

      you are expected to work long hours, and must push the warranty program for the tools very hard. the last year upper management made it very clear that anyone who did not want to do things their way was welcome to leave.

      The pace is usually relaxed, the benefits are very good, the pay is above average,the customers generally enjoy being there.

      Cons

      career advancement requires out of state relocation most of the time, lifting over 75 lbs is sometimes required, some stores are limited in space for products, making it much more difficult to work
