Pros

They reward those who are hard workers. Compensation is fair, the people are nice and reapect the decisions made by upper management.

Cons

Their insurance could be better...especially since they have ppl working remotely across the county.

Good retail company

Pros

Decent starting pay with good full time benefits. They tend to be fairly relaxed with most things and you don't need to be a tool expert to start working there.

Cons

Like most retail hours can be very inconsistent at least in regards to work life balance. Some months I swear I got a close/open every week. It can wear on you but might just be my store/expectations. Pay raises happen on a regular which is nice to not have to ask for a raise but on the flip sometimes raises are laughably low. I think my first raise was like $0.19 an/hr increase. They were like "oh you'll notice it on your paycheck " lmao. Also like many other companies w/ the quarterly review no one gets above a 3(out of 5) no matter how hard you work & just too many factors often outside your control that determine how much your raise is, so it's like why work hard at all? Also advancements are available but w/usual office politics you're usually better off moving up in another store vs your native one
