No structure, very unorganized management. Make you work your tail off for no pay. They do not have efficient systems. Use queries to get work done. Management is rude and short. Will fire you on the spot w/ out any verbal or written warnings. Some folks are there until midnight on weekends. Drive past parking lot on Sat and Sundays and folks are there until 5pm.

- Minimum hours are really low - Starting wage is less than cost of 1bd Apartment - Slogan is "great place to work" yet they can't pay you enough to live - Benefits for part time employees is rather lack luster, a lot of words not a lot of benefit. - Lots of training videos that are filled with corporate bs language. - An insulting pat on the back system, where employees are encouraged to fill out cards of "good behavior". Turning in enough cards earns you badges to put on your namecards. I didn't know I was working at a daycare. You could just give us a $25 harbor freight gift card instead of a $1 piece of metal from China. - Encouraged to sell a membership that costs a staggering amount of customers more money - Encouraged to sell Protection plans that we are very aware are scams to most people since the chance of them utilizing those plans are next to none.
