      In-Store Management: Hit or Miss

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Excellent pay and benefits. Corporate and HR tend to have the associates' backs.

      Cons

      The vetting for Store Managers isn't great. In my 4 years with the company, I've only met one Store Manager that I thought was really amazing, and he wasn't mine. Also, for the part-timers, they are scheduled a strict 12 hours a week (unless staffing is short) which is basically nothing, so we can't keep part-timers to save our lives.

      Physically exhausting

      Unfortunately theirs not very many.

      Cons

      Very physical and little help. Huge trucks to unload into the wee hours of the night. Physically exhausting every shift.
