Environment and people are so dictated to he job and always willing to go the extra mile

Cons

PT associate get a minimum of 12 hour per week. I understand the dynamics from the companys point of view i get it but from the PT asscioates point of view it is not enough to pay bills or look for another part time job.

The company itself is great and I do love it. Management is a different story(not all of them)

Cons

They don't stick to what they say,I was told in interview that it's 28-32 hours a week. Had that for over a year, but now part timers only get 12 hours.
