Poor scedualing bad hone/work balance goes back out on promises (permanent 2$ bump was pulled after promised with no explanation) and does nothing to bridge the cap between what you make and what they raise the starting wage to so longer term employees now feel less "valued" doesn't care to promote within management doesn't care about your health or safety if it hurts the bottom line part time associates are treated near worthless regardless of experience or training also excessively strick on full time requirements and basically have little to no hope if your a parent of a live in child with a life altering disability also atlas is a joke and have been going threw the same fight for over a year to get them to stay within my availability. Discount is near worthless when you can't use it with any other coupons and give the same discount to customers only difference is we don't have to wait so long sometimes focus on metrics out weighs the focus of getting customers out in a timely fashion and to many pointless sale pitch when your ringing out customers managers get away with treating transgender and gays like literal scum and bring their religious views to work with them I can keep going but I'm bored
