Your feedback will help us do that. We always encourage our associates to reach out to their Store Managers and connect with them if they have any concerns regarding their schedules. In fact, we provide our associates with visibility to their schedules at least two weeks in advance. You meet some cool people, & the work pace is usually pretty steady, you get an employee discount of 20% off your entire order total, you meet some cool customers, anytime before open or after close

Cons

Rude customers, can easily get stuck at registers all day

Good benefits, that's about it.

Cons

Cutthroat working environment. Managers stealing ideas from their subordinates, people doing anything to get ahead. Toxic work environment. Constant trash talking about other employees behind their backs. Nobody seemed to actually be happy working there, people were constantly overworked and stressed. Happy to be gone from this place.
