You will work 7 days a week very often. Lack of Director and higher up support for LP programs, LP will bend rules for Operations to benefit company, Promotions almost always external, NO worklife balance.

bonuses if you're a store manager or assistant

Cons

unfair schedule- dont understand how a store manager gets off every sunday and we work every Saturday and Sunday unrealistic pay- how can a supervisor and assitant manager do the exact same job and get paid substantially different? bonuses- yea work hard and sell warranties and subscription plans and your bonus is laughable at best
