Great work life balance and quarterly raises! Really good benefits packages and many opportunities to sprint up the chain. This company has been an amazing blessing and it’s growing FAST! Great place where work doesn’t feel like work. I love this company. And they ACTUALLY value you as an asset to the business from part time associates to management.

Don't use their health insurance and don't trust Mgt with money

if you use rheir insurance to any degree you will be fired under bogus pretenses only 2 paid holidays per year limited career growth to store manager beyond that scarce Forces employees to gather personal contact info from customers and harasses them if they dont. Does not audit cashier tills and blames cashier only never questioning that management can steal cash in the office Technology lags in the industry HR is not trustworthy and seeks to retaliate against people reporting wrongdoing. Does not accomodate people with disabilities very well and seeks to fire.
