Significant company growth is creating substantial opportunities to grow with the company. Bonus plans for supervisors, assistant managers and store managers.

Cons

New scheduling app screws with opportunities to maximize bonus plans. Personal growth only comes with relocating. Raises only come during annual reviews and are typically minimal.

Flexable Schedule, promise you everything you ask for when hired. Laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Managment will lie to you constantly. Low pay and no opertunities to move up in the company. THey will always look outside the company for supervisors or managers and not hire inside the company. Favoritism inside the company is a large part of this company. When you are there for a year they will start trying to get you to leave by giving others more hours and not you.
