Customers are what makes Harbor freight tools and my logistics team!

Cons

Management... I find it to be very sad that my store has a manager that has worked for hft for 11yrs and is at their second store and is still not properly trianed in all aspects of the store!

Always something to do and there is opportunity for growth.

Cons

Work environment is based on fear. Expectations always unrealistic and SOPs for EVERYTHING. Management micromanages. Not worth it.

Pros

Most non management employees are good people. Customers for the most part are decent. Pay is better then many in the area.

Cons

Supervisors are a joke and say whatever they think you want to hear but do not support workers in any area. Deals offered by the company are mostly false. The extend service protection plans are only ment to make the company money not protect the customer
