Flexible work schedule, decent cashier incentives IF you can get customers to fall for the "protection plan" spiel

Cons

Way way too much focus and pressure on getting customers personal info for mailing cards. You have a certain subset of customers. Once you've gotten the majority of those people signed up there isn't really anything else you can do but the pressure on store managers from their higher ups to get the name cards was insane.

Pros

Very fast pace, day flys bye as there is a lot to do. Very structured company with disciplined processes. Customers are almost always happy (very rare in retail) competitive management pay and good benefits. I only left for a much better opportunity and to get out of retail In general. My employees were great, worked with some great Harding working individuals.

Cons

A lot of overnights, and the "parking lot" events will consume your life for 3 weeks, since they are held every 6 weeks it can be challenging on the home life. The events themselves are fun, the prep is daunting. IT department is atrocious.
