Great Place to Work when everyone shows up

~ Hard to have work life balance with irregular schedules ~ High Pressure to meet sales quotas on programs ~ Breaks often get missed if even one person calls off ~ Not very much overtime opportunities

Pros

High pay rate compared to the rest of the industry. Decent paid time off accrual.

Cons

Poor support from management staff. Scheduling seems random and thrown together at the last minute, many weeks the schedule for the following week is not posted until the absolute last day. Understaffed at almost all times creating a stressful environment. Unrealistic sales goals which are completely unobtainable unless underhanded methods are employed. Basically any other draw backs of working in retail. It is a volatile industry which provides little to no support from higher management and provides you with a horrible work/life balance.
