Pros

Co workers can become family, decent discount, new things to learn every day. Helping customers find the right item or something they haven’t been able to find somewhere else. Seeing customers happy

Cons

Rude or disrespectful customers. District managers only care obit the numbers. No appreciation for hard work when selling itcs or esps. Low bonuses for doing the same work as managers.
