I think the staff is good, espcially in the E&I department. I think the upper management can seem kind of crazy though. Benefits are solid with a 401k match and sock ownershipp plan.

Cons

I hate the timesheet situation here. Sometimes it feels like project managment does not really listen to the individua disciplines.
