Pros

Engineering staff was extremely good at their job, staff was extremely welcoming. Office was very nice, employee appreciation events were quite nice as well.

Cons

Job description was not clear, upper management had no clear vision of what to do/where the company was going. In the project controls area, no real career growth opportunities. Needlessly complex corporate structure/leadership structure. "Company is like a big family". Benefits were not good.
