Easy-going atmosphere with challenging projects and little to no micromanagement. Excellent starting pay for experienced employees. Many company sponsored social activities.

Cons

Less-than-stellar medical benefits. Very small 401k match. Pretty big office, easy to feel lost in the shuffle sometimes. No annual bonuses.

Pros

Unlike some larger EPC firms, Hargrove does not hire and fire when the market fluctuates. This provides a lot more job security than other cosulting companies.

Cons

Because Hargrove doesn't hire quickly, it's easy to feel over-worked and burned out. Benefits could be a lot more competitive to other similar companies. If you do well at your job, you will stay in the same position forever. You really have to fight for growth opportunities.
