Don't stay for the long haul

Pros

Freedom to schedule your own day most of the time. Get some experience - then work for a better company.

Cons

Low salary. Raises are tiny. Techs in the field frustrated with supposedly 'refurbished' replacement parts being sent out to them that are bad upon install. Being sent to work on equipment you've never seen before so you spend frustrating hours on the phone with tech support.

Field Services - You work on your own.

Cons

You are left to your own resources for almost everything. Archaic and unrealistic expectations by management. No raises, poor benefits. This Place just robs you of your soul and sucks the life out of you.
