very few perks here keep looking

Cons

Antiquated thinking exists amongst all of management. This is a sinking ship and the culture and atmosphere reflects this fact. The company had hardly any diversity My manager was outwardly racist when it came to the only black member of our team.

Good Pay, Flexible Schedule, Casual Dress Code

Cons

Management could be better. You have to really mess up to be let go. As long as you do at least 60% of your job your golden. Leadership could be better. Corporate says they care, but really don't
