good pay, good and unique benefits, lots of cross-training opportunities, coworker culture is great, all of my coworkers were very friendly, cooperative and had a great work ethic.

Cons

very poor management, poor communication, overload of work, and very high expectations. was never offered a raise in the 17 months working there
