Community, teammates, leadership training, variety of work, praise for good work and feedback for improvement both given often, consistent workload, chances to show off, Bob Harmon is a sweetheart and remembers your name and looks for you to say hi when he's in the store

Cons

If you have the wrong store director your experience will be a lot worse- there is inconsistency between stores for that reason.
