My 90 days experience in Harris computer (Bizmatics)
Pros
In these 90 days nothing yet happened which says as a pro except Company Holiday, only one this is pros for me that is My Costa Rica team and manager are very helpful and work as a team
Cons
1->Bizmatics Hr team is worse and extremely lazy to reply or get back to me to provide resolution. 2->At the time of my interview, I was informed that my salary is based upon the salary structure what Bizmatics has, so I accepted the fact and moved on with what I was provided with. Later on, I get to know that the person who joined right after me gets more hike than me in the process I worked for the past almost 4 years in the previous company under pfs but yet the person has no experience of PFS(Calls) and also does not fit under the bizmatic salary structure as good salary package compared to me.
