Low pay, very bad work/life balance. Not a product focused organization, not a customer focus organization, not a sales organization. Products are acquired the left on the vine to die. Absolutely no culture.

Provides multitude of experience for new graduates.

Cons

The pay is way and I mean wayyyy too low for the amount of work you do. There is no overtime but you will constantly work over time and be expected to since there are deadlines. There is no reason to stay at the company as any other company will offer you more compensation for less work.

- Flexible hours - Nice environment to start your career

Cons

- Pay is way under market value - Management hires the cheapest available employee - Favoritism aimed towards who you know and not your specific skillset - New employes receive no training on the products. - Sales reps are ignorant of the product they sell - Lower management have no prior management experience - Capped RRSP way under what competition was 10 years ago.
