      Pros

      Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with work in my BU (SmartWorks). I love every single one of them. They are all highly skilled hard working people who genuinely care about their work, the customers and other colleagues. It feels like a family not a work place. I can’t say enough good things about the culture here.

      Harris pay is a bit low compared to other similar places

      Pros

      Strong and supportive Leadership that are looking for growth and innovation. Customer-minded in all processes. Encourage input for projects and products, collaborative environment. IT Solutions for healthcare that I would have given anything to have available at my former place of Employment. So creative and applicable to the current healthcare needs.

      Cons

      I really have no cons at this time. I am learning new things and am being challenged to grow. Still fresh and exciting.

      Flexible time off, great insurance options, remote work available, overall great company to work for!

      Cons

      If you haven't worked remotely before, it can be a challenge. There is nothing that I have found so far as issues.
