      - flexible work hours - ability to work from home when needed - large company that feels small - pretty much everyone is friendly, helpful, smart, etc. - RRSP match, free parking, good overall comp.

      Good working culture and values. Well organized project management and remote support for the clients. Strong on-boarding. Nice location, benefits and career opportunities.

      Cons

      More detailed and up-to-date documentation and training required for support as the software is pretty complex. Internal technical writer position might resolve the issue.
