      Pros

      Harris is run by leaders who value innovation, development and employee input in making the business successful. Working at Harris is a collaborative environment and support is felt from your peers as well as your managers. I personally feel valued as a Harris employee and would recommend it as a place to work.

      Pros

      Great org for those seeking autonomy and accountability. There is every opportunity here to make a big difference. It has the feel of working in a small-medium sized business with the benefits of belonging to a larger company. Your good ideas are often translated into tangible results. It is fast-paced, fair, and challenging. Business units are run like small, autonomous companies with access to help and mentorship across the larger organization.

      Cons

      Continual improvement and discipline are key to success at Harris, so there is no coasting or hiding here. Results are expected and you will be held accountable.

      Pros

      Great co-workers (can't stress this enough). Flexible work hours. Option to work from home from time to time. Decent pay. A new big project on the horizon.

      Cons

      Lack of training for new members. Horrible time management from project leads. Need of overtime to meet goals. The product is based on old technology. Constantly sacrificing quality to meet times. All products lack of ease-of-use. No room for professional growth. You are either programmer or lead.
