      100% remote - that's all about it

      Here is a clear and professional English version: **No flexible hours — they make you believe you can work from 9 to 3, but in reality you’re stuck working a full regular day. There is no consideration or respect when you ask a question, and you receive no real support. Poor management. Unfairness when it comes to benefits — everything suddenly changed after I was hired, even though they sold me a dream during the interview. No career advancement opportunities; they will choose and hire whoever they want without considering you. The salary is terrible compared to the market

      Pros

      Quick onboarding with thorough access to what is needed to get the job done. Working alongside senior leadership is what will be necessary to make this a success and I'm fortunate to be working with the iatric ELT to do just that. HR processes were good, but required a lot of self-direction which lead to some confusion, but it worked out.

      Cons

      There are really no cons, yet ... we will need to build out the team, soon, to meet the objectives & revenue targets for 2026.
