      Pros

      There are a lot of lukewarm or bad reviews on this site, and not all Harris divisions are like that. Each one is fairly autonomous and has its own leadership team. The one I work for is very collaborative, has great people, stresses unit testing, good software cycles, constant improvement, new technologies (for a reason, not just because they are new), and hiring smart people. It feels like a small company that has a large company guarding its back.

      Career Growth, Work Life Balance, Compensation and Positive Work Environment.

      Cons

      As a new learner the excessive job demands. As a beginner the job demands was bit aggressive and not tailored at all. I will say that it has gotten better since we had a conversation about it. (Communication)
