      Cons

      Harris businesses are not seeking to become the next unicorn, if that's what is desired. Instead the proven playbook is focused on long-term, sustainable, organic and acquisitive growth (more of a pro than a con actually for most people).

      Things are trying to look better

      Pros

      I am not as worried as I was about being laid off. They have hired a couple new people. Plpenty of vacation time, salaries seem OK.

      Cons

      They don't like us to say we are "short-handed", but if someone is out, the work load increases ALOT to where your project suffers.
