Management are all pulling the same direction. Core values provide opportunity for career driven employees to excel (dream realization, empowerment) CEO is genuinely caring about the employees and promotes a healthy work/life balance

Cons

Salaries are competitive, that would be the only "con" even though it's not really a con!
