      Poor leadership in some of the Business Units

      Pros

      Great staff and co-workers who work hard and want to provide good products to their customers. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      The leadership is lacking and refuses to listen to their staff. Anyone who speaks up has a target on their backs and they will find a way to get rid of you. They care more about their revenue numbers than their employees or their customers. They expect their employees to live by the company values but do not show by example.

      All remote work. Great employees.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. This company buys companies that are struggling but often does not make significant improvements to the product line. They are more concerned with charging their customers more for the same outdated products.
