      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      My business unit has autonomy and is generally able to make decisions that we know will benefit our clients the most. The employee benefits are good and there are nice things like Lifestyle Rewards that are easy to utilize. Considering the number of remote employees, I think Harris does exceptionally well with managing HR related functions.

      Cons

      Nothing major sticks out. I'm very happy at Harris. An employee training conference would be cool :)

      I learned quite a lot while working here

      Cons

      Poorly managed and short sighted. They are constantly just trying to put out client fires and have no ability to fix the issues causing the fires.
