      Values are real and not just something on the wall. Financially secure company Growing everyday which brings challenges and opportunity Fast paced ever changing environment

      Cons

      With growth scale-ability is a challenge. At times resources are scarce especially with the tight market right now. Compensation at Harris is long term focused so difficult to sell at times.

      Cons

      Some BUs have employees that are afraid of change. When Harris introduces major changes, some times there are no representatives from the leadership team present for longer period of time to help navigate the changes.

The amount of knowledge and expertise at Harris is incredible . We have added a number of experts to the corporate IT team to ensure the challenges are resolved.

      Pros

      Harris is comprised of many vertical market software business units with common bonds in financial performance and corporate values. This provides employees with great opportunities to learn and grow within their own businesses and then to easily transport those skills to other Harris' business as opportunities come up. Harris is very good at supporting employees who see opportunity within other Harris businesses and helping them make that move.

      Cons

      Harris is not for everyone. Working at Harris requires energy, drive and a strong customer focus.
