      Pros

      Big company some room to move around

      Cons

      It is very accepted that they underpay based on market value. They believe in cutting people till they are dramatically overworked then slowly adding people back. They also do not invest in their software but take all profits and re-allocate to new acquisitions.

      HLG Division Needs Help

      Pros

      Ability to work from home, decent benefits. Small bonus each year.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless and could care less about employees or customers. It has gone downhill for years. Huge turnover in management staff and a lot of new people causes chaos and confusion, not good for morale or customer service. Pay is below average and trying to get more money is futile as they are very tight with funds. No one listens to what the seasoned veterans have to say or think should be done. It seems to be just about the numbers.
