      Pros

      Harris is a great place to work. The people here genuinely care about each other. We are more of a family then co-workers.

      Cons

      I don't consider this a con, but Harris culture of fiscal responsibility is not for everyone. So, you must be on board with the culture as it relates to how we manage our finances in order to be successful here.

      Pros

      Harris provides an environment that promotes leadership and accountability. You are given a lot of freedom in how you accomplish your work, but you are held accountable and responsible for your actions.

      Cons

      The company is financially very sound, which is very positive and makes it secure to work at, but in order to achieve such profitability and revenue growth, you need to have lean teams that are efficient. So if you are looking for a job where you will be slacking off, this place is not for you.

      Pros

      Harris is a fast paced growing company that has successfully managed to maintain a structure that allows both employees and customers to experience the small company culture. The company invests in its employees and has stepped up in offering self growth opportunities.

      Cons

      It is a positive that most positions can be located anywhere. However, getting to know other members of the team can prove to be difficult.
