Fast paced environment and working remote can hide the fact that this is a large company with lots of resources and opportunities.

-Lots of options within the parent company to find other jobs bc these are smaller companies under the larger umbrella of Constellation Software -Options to work remotely are abundant with some positions - Company values are in line with being customer and worker centric

Cons

- Communication is lacking in our business unit, the EVP puts the cart before the horse on MANY occasions - We don't have enough people to do the needed work and it doesn't appear that there are enough open positions to even fill to do the work
