Great compagny to work for. Excellent benefit and work/familly consillation which make life much more easier when you have young kids. Job is perfect for positive carreer development and advancement into the compagny. The compagny globally offers overall conditions which permit harmony among all, and the personal development of each. It is offering opportunities for personal growth, community involvement and leadership. The compagny provides help and structured learning for employee to develop skills and personnel fulfilment. Positive review are provided often to employees. I will continu to work here for many years to come.

Cons

Althought it is a great compagny, you have to be very conscientious in your work since most managers are demanding.

Cons

-no help with education with improving your knowledge on new technology -not much help in learning what business unit do -wages sucks -extra hours are not recognized -team members aren't willing to help you solve issues -minimal training on their systems
