      Pros

      Some good people. Some good managers. The odd time someone is recognized for something good. Lifestyle rewards are cool. Fast passed.

      Cons

      High demands and sub standard pay. You will not grow with this company. You may grow wiser, certainly not richer. Have fun for the first while. Don't get stung along... leave, their promises are empty.

      Pros

      Great autonomy and personal growth opportunities at a financially disciplined and expanding vertical software and services company. Strong values that include helping employees achieve their personal dreams and desires. Lot's of autonomy at the business level with a flat organization and access to senior leadership on a first name basis - great culture.

      Cons

      Highly profitable and well run company constantly pushing the envelope to build enduring businesses. Significant autonomy and empowerment at all levels with an unrelenting focus on execution and results - very little slack, downtime or room to hide - this company is not for everyone and is unlike most large, corporate/matrix organizations.

      Pros

      Harris Computer Systems offers a very generous vacation package. The medical plan provides decent coverage. Dental and vision benefits are adequate.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Compensation is well below industry average. Company only matches $2,000 towards 401(k). Employees have to contribute higher than average amount towards medical premiums.
