      If you’ve never worked for a worldwide corporation before, Harris is a great place to ‘get your feet wet’!

      Work from home flexibility is nice. Some decent people work here.

      Cons

      Very low starting pay and low yearly increases (1%). Management and higher up seem to care more about themselves and do not care about the average worker. If you’re not management you’re not going places within the company. The health benefits aren’t great either.
